I get a lot of emails asking me if I like the AK74 and how I owned one before the horrible UnSafe act came about. Here is a Bulgarian AK-74 that was NY legal prior to 2013 and some.of the horrible things that you had to do to make them legal. NY kept the old 2004 ban until safe ACT.
